How I Work
"Utilizing relaxation techniques and meditative or breathing exercises, along with traditional talk therapy — because healing happens in the mind and the body."
Body-centered practices including breathwork, relaxation techniques, and mindful movement to release stored stress and trauma.
Evidence-based techniques that identify and shift thought patterns fueling anxiety, depression, and unhelpful behaviors.
Brief, practical conversations centered on your strengths and where you want to go — not only what's gone wrong.
Present-moment awareness woven throughout sessions to build resilience, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with self.
