"My mission is to share the restorative benefits of Reiki and help you feel more empowered, grounded, and aligned — one session at a time."
Natasha Weiss is a certified Reiki practitioner, Reiki Crystal Healing specialist, and sleep technologist with nearly a decade of experience in sleep medicine. She founded Tashi Reiki in October 2025 in East Boston as a dedicated mindfulness and relaxation space.
Trained through The John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing under teacher Lourdes Gray, Natasha holds both 1st and 2nd Degree certification in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, and is an active member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP®).
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that helps calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and support the body's natural healing processes. A practitioner channels universal life force energy through light touch or at a distance, guiding the body back into its own rhythm.
