Laura has been working through chaos her whole life. A shattered world. Trauma she didn't want to become bitter from — she wanted to let it go. In 2020, she found Reiki and began her self-healing journey.
The distinction between spirit and the physical world became her anchor — knowing there was more out there than the physical body she was in that had been in pain for so long. She found herself rooted to Gaia. Grounded in something she hadn't felt in years.
Now she brings that same invitation to you. A pause. A breath. A remembering that you are both life and love.
